Join our Denver Chapter for a Pride Ride!
Meet near the Cheesman Park Pavilion for cookies, coffee, conversation, and rolling around the park!
We’ll have a table and ABOB Denver banner.
Please bring cookies to share if you’re able, and Pride gear/costumes are highly encouraged!
The paved road inside the park is 1.2 miles, has 64 ft +/- elevation gain, and is used by bikers, walkers, skaters, and other movers and shakers. All but one short stretch on the north side is closed to motorized vehicles. Nearby residential streets have free parking.
Any bike you feel comfortable riding is welcome! Interested in getting your bike checked out by a bona fide bike mechanic? Brandon from Campus Cycles will be joining us to do quick safety checks and minor repairs!
Also! ¡Viva Streets! Denver is happening the same day, where Downtown Denver streets on Broadway from Alameda to 20th Street and on Welton Street from 20th Street to Five Points are closed to motorized vehicles from 8am-2pm. ABOB Denver is not leading a ride to ¡Viva Streets!, but we encourage folks to go check that out before or after the meet and greet. Learn more at www.vivastreets.com.
