FAQs
I’ve never gone on a group ride. What can I expect at yours?
We know group rides can be intimidating, but in our opinion, they’re one of the best things about riding bikes! At our rides, you can always expect the following:
-A safety briefing at the beginning, covering route, general etiquette, and introductions
-No drop pace with a sweeper. This means we will regroup at the top of hills and there will be a designated person at the back of the group to help ensure everyone gets there.
-A fun, non-judgmental atmosphere. We strive to create an inclusive, warm and welcoming environment where all are welcome. Please let us know if anybody is doing anything that goes against this.
I’m a heavier person and would like to start biking. Do you have a recommendation for a bike that would be good for me?
YES! Marley has put together a list of her recommendations on her blog and we’re always happy to consult 1:1. Get in touch.
I run a business and love what you’re doing. How can I get involved to support All Bodies on Bikes?
Oh, we are so glad you asked! The success of our work depends on partners who can help with financial, marketing & in-kind support. We absolutely LOVE our sponsors and are always interested in working with businesses whose values align with ours. Whether that’s an event at your space, co-branding merchandise, sponsoring Marley & Kailey as athletes, or another idea, we’d love to talk with you!
