Who can Apply to Participate?

Applications are open to anyone of any age (21+), gender, race, body size, or ability level. We especially welcome newer and inexperienced racers who are looking for a supportive space to take on a new challenge.

While we do not provide funds to cover travel, we will be seeking sponsors to subsidize our lodging in Stillwater,

We’re not going to sugarcoat it: Mid South Gravel is a challenging event. Regardless of which distance you choose, you will need to train for this event. Rest assured however, we will be waiting for you at the finish line, so take as long as you need to finish.

Experience as a gravel cyclist is NOT a requirement, however, having some background/experience on bikes will be helpful. If you are BRAND NEW to cycling, please explain to us in your application how you plan to prepare for this event.

Application Process

All applicants must complete an application, as well as submit a 2-3 minute video introducing themselves and answering the following questions:

  1. What does All Bodies on Bikes mean to you?

  2. What is your relationship to your body?

  3. How could you bring this experience back to your community?
