Tim Buda (he/him)
BOARD MEMBER, CHAPTER LEAD LIASION
Tim is a multi-disciplined cyclist who found his love of riding after signing up for a charity ride a decade ago. This love of cycling has taken Tim all over the country allowing him to meet a diverse community of people, see places, and take on challenges he never thought he would. That said, as a cyclist in a bigger body, Tim recognized the need for change in both the industry and the community. He holds the core belief that cycling is for everyone. This has driven him to focus on making space for everyone on a bike - specifically those underrepresented. When not on or around bikes, Tim uses the skills obtained in his Philosophy and MBA studies to manage an operations team at a large insurance carrier and serve as an ambassador in their ERG/DEI space
