Hello Des Moines! We are so excited to kick off our local chapter with a casual meet & greet, bike safety checks, and ride!
Meet at Water Works Park - South Shelter, 2201 George Flagg Pkwy - Des Moines, IA 50321
We will be at the shelter between 10am and 1pm for drop-in socializing and bike safety checks. We will have a bike mechanic available to do basic mechanical and safety check ups.
We will ride the 3.4 mile figure 8 as many times as comfortable for participants. It will be a casual ABOB Des Moines meet and greet and kickoff to the biking season.
