Join us for a bike camping overnighter! Starting near downtown Bentonville ( exact location coming soon), we’ll ride 6 miles on gravel to Bike Camp Pea Ridge. We’ll camp there overnight, returning to our starting location in the morning.
Campers need to bring all of their own camping gear, however, we have some equipment available to loan if needed. Campers are encouraged to carry their own gear, however a support vehicle will be available for any gear that isn’t able to be carried on your bicycle.
All Bodies on Bikes will provide the route, light refreshments and snacks at camp, campfire wood and s’mores supplies. Campers should bring their own dinner, breakfast, and snacks. A store is available within biking distance to camp, and pizza will be ordered for those who are interested in a pizza dinner.
Please register in advance here.
$10 Registration fee per person covers campsite, firewood & s’mores
Starting Location: Valley View School House, Price Coffee Road, Bentonville, AR (We have secured permission to park vehicles overnight in the lot.)
Meet at 2pm, Wheels down at 2:30pm
FAQ:
Can I bring my kids?
Kids are welcome, however, all riders need to independently be able to ride 6 miles each way on gravel roads.
What kind of bike should I ride?
A bike that is capable of riding on gravel roads (Sugar Creek is our main road) and carrying your gear. A gravel bike will work best, but a mountain bike or hybrid with wide tires will also work. Please get in touch if you have specific questions about your bike.
What should I pack?
We like this packing list from Swift Industries for a bike overnighter. Remember, you will be carrying everything you pack, so sometimes less is more!
I really want to go, but can’t carry anything on my bike. Help!
No need to worry! We’ll have a support vehicle that can carry your gear.
